These Terms of Service govern all engagements between Vision Operations and our clients. By confirming a project or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Vision Operations provides field coordination, logistics, production support, research support, translation & interpretation, location scouting, equipment rental, and cultural experiences across the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Every assignment is delivered according to a written proposal or quotation agreed before work begins.
Every project begins with a discussion to understand your objectives, schedule, and operational requirements. Once the scope of work, timeline, and budget are approved by both parties, the project is confirmed.
Project fees are agreed individually based on the scope of work. Depending on the project, an advance payment may be requested before work begins, with the remaining balance paid according to the agreed payment schedule. For long-term assignments, payments may be divided into milestones. All payment arrangements are clearly outlined in the quotation or service agreement before work starts.
If the project scope, schedule, or deliverables change after confirmation, additional costs or revised timelines may apply. Any changes will be discussed and approved before implementation.
If a project is cancelled after preparation has begun, charges may apply for work already completed or expenses already incurred. Where possible, projects may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
Vision Operations is committed to delivering every assignment professionally, efficiently, and responsibly. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely approvals, and any documentation required to complete the assignment.
Every assignment is managed with professionalism and discretion. Some projects remain confidential based on client requirements or contractual obligations. Others may be featured in our portfolio after completion with the client's permission. Neither party will disclose confidential information without prior approval unless required by law.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure successful project delivery, Vision Operations cannot be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including government decisions, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public events, or other unforeseen situations.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any disagreement should first be resolved through good-faith discussion between both parties before pursuing legal action.
